Cone Health in Greensboro, N.C., selected Cindy Johnson, MSN, RN, to serve as the executive director of nursing oncology services.
Here are three notes:
1. Ms. Johnson most recently served as nursing director for outpatient oncology at Cone Health Cancer Center at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, where she will continue to be based.
2. She began her career as an oncology nurse at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, N.C.
3. She earned a master's degree in nursing administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is also certified in oncology nursing.
