Melvin Fahs, CEO of Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville, Ohio, has announced plans to retire.
Mr. Fahs plans to move to Colorado with his wife to be near their grandchild.
Michelle Waggoner will serve as interim CEO until a successor is named.
