Alameda Health System Names Tyler Bennett VP of Ambulatory Care Services

Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System has named Tyler J. Bennett vice president of ambulatory care services.

Mr. Bennett will oversee all planning development, funding and strategic initiatives involving all of AHS' hospital and community-based clinics

Most recently, Mr. Bennett served as the director of delivery system strategy at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals for the Northern California regions where he provided leadership and consultation on the integrated delivery strategy system for three service areas. He has also served as the director of ambulatory services for the San Francisco-based Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation and California Pacific Medical Center.

"Tyler has a vast understanding of the clinical challenges and leadership required for the highest level of patient care and satisfaction," Wright L. Lassiter, III, CEO of AHS, said in a release.
