Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following latest hospital and health system executive resignations. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Dionne Wong, senior vice president for human resources at Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health, and Mark Sprada, interim chief executive of Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, resigned.

2. Doctors Hospital of Manteca (Calif.) CEO Ikenna Mmeje is departing for a new job opportunity.

3. Doris Peek resigned as senior vice president of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health after a law firm hired by the health system released a report accusing her of improperly steering nearly $1.7 million to a marketing firm.

4. Michael Kerner, CEO of Bon Secours Hampton Roads (Va.) health system, is stepping down.

5. Hancock, Mich.-based Upper Peninsula Health System-Portage CEO Jeff Lang is leaving his position "to take on a new position with a different organization."

6. Todd Ostendorf, CFO of Minneapolis-based Children's Minnesota, resigned in the wake of a public showdown between the hospital and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.
