2. Spence Maidlow, president and CEO of Saginaw, Mich.-based Covenant HealthCare, announced plans to retire on Dec. 31.
3. Mark Gronda, vice president and CFO of Saginaw, Mich.-based Covenant HealthCare, announced plans to retire on Dec. 31.
