1. James Kaskie, president and CEO of Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health and Great Lakes Health System of Western New York, resigned from his position in both organizations, effective immediately.
2. Victory Medical Center Forth Worth (Texas) selected Cheryl Spencer as CEO.
3. Blue Mountain Hospital in Blanding, Utah, named Jeremy Lyman CEO.
4. Community Health Center in Medford, Ore., selected William North as CEO, according to a Mail Tribune report.
5. Bill Overbey, CFO and CIO of Hays (Kan.) Medical Center, resigned, according to a report by The Hays Post.
6. Dallas-based Forest Park Medical Center selected Rodney Bice to serve as COO and CNO of its Fort Worth campus, which is scheduled to open in August 2014, according to a news release.
7. East Meadow, N.Y.-based Nassau Health Care selected Victor Politi, MD, as CEO.
8. Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo., named Jacqueline DeSouza CEO, effective Feb. 10.
9. Gary Olson, president and CEO of St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Mo., announced plans to retire in January 2015.
10. Fred Rankin, III, president and CEO of Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Healthcare, announced his plans to retire on Dec. 31, 2014.
11. Honolulu-based Queen's Health System selected Robert Nobriga as executive vice president and CFO, effective Feb. 17.
12. Richard Aubut, president and CEO of South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Mass., announced his plans to retire in early 2015, according to a report by The Patriot Ledger.
