Staff -
Krystal Claymore, CFO of Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte, Neb., is no stranger to financial leadership at hospitals, and she is responsible for the financial oversight and service line management of the only hospital in Nebraska's Lincoln County.

Krystal Claymore is CFO of Great Plains Regional Medical Center.Standard & Poor's Ratings Services recently evaluated GPRMC, saying the 116-bed hospital's "A-" credit rating reflected several strengths. S&P said Ms. Claymore and the finance team has helped operating figures in fiscal years 2011 and 2012 thanks to successful physician recruitment, and the hospital also has "growing unrestricted reserves, resulting in strong cash on hand for the rating that we anticipate will further increase as a result of manageable routine capital spending," according to its report.

Before joining GPRMC last year, Ms. Claymore served as CFO of CGH Medical Center in Sterling, Ill. She also was CFO of St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center in Dickinson, N.D., and a controller and interim CFO at University Medical Center El Paso (Texas).
