David Scarpino serves as CFO of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley based in Kingston, N.Y., and his financial oversight extends to three small, yet important, hospitals in New York's west-central confines.

David Scarpino is CFO of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley.HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley is comprised of three hospitals, a skilled nursing facility and a retirement home. The three hospitals include Kingston (N.Y.) Hospital, which recorded more than $4.8 million in profit last year, according to the American Hospital Directory; Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, N.Y.; and Margaretville (N.Y.) Hospital, one of the top 100 critical access hospitals in the country and produced net income of more than $511,000 last year.

Mr. Scarpino officially became the CFO of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley in February 2008 after he served as CFO of Kingston Hospital. In total, he has more than 30 years of healthcare financial experience and served more than 25 years at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, N.Y.
