CEO Nathan Tudor: Patient Experience is Key for Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital

Nathan Tudor has served as CEO of Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital in Kenedy, Texas since September 2010.

Nathan Tudor Focuses on Patient Experience as CEO of Otto Kaiser Memorial HospitalUnder Mr. Tudor's tenure, Otto Kaiser has seen a net profit of $3.5 million, hospital admissions increase by 30 percent and surgeries increase by 25 percent. He developed and implemented orthopedic, gynecological and urology service lines while also developing a sleep center for the hospital. Mr. Tudor has also worked to increase technology for the hospital by upgrading its computed tomography scans, magnetic resonance imaging, radiology, digital mammography and bone density capabilities.

Mr. Tudor's focus on the Otto Kaiser's service lines, financial operations and technology fall in line with his goals to provide a great patient experience. "My major goal for Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital is to provide the highest level of quality care to patients in the South Texas region, while maintaining focus on excellent customer service and strong financial viability for the organization's long term future," says Mr. Tudor.

Mr. Tudor is actively involved in the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals, Texas Hospital Association and the American Hospital Association. Before his appointment as CEO of Otto Kaiser, Mr. Tudor served as CEO of Stonewall Memorial Hospital in Aspermont, Texas. Prior to that, he worked with hospitals in Arkansas and Tennessee.
