Roper Industries, a niche market technology company, has acquired Strata Decision Technology, a healthcare-focused cloud-based financial analytics and performance platform.
Chicago-based Strata Decision will operate under Sarasota, Fla.-based Roper's Medical segment. Strata Decision's headquarters will remain in Chicago.
