Wolters Kluwer, a point-of-care solution provider, unveiled patient discharge instructions for Meditech EHRs in five languages.
Through the Meditech integration, healthcare providers can access more than 7,000 patient education pamphlets within their EHR workflow. These materials include discharge instructions for patients to learn about their condition and medications.
These electronic pamphlets are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian.
