Patient engagement platform Medfusion has developed Medfusion Plus, an app designed to allow consumers to aggregate and access their healthcare records from their mobile devices, according to a medGadget report.
The app, available on both iOS and Android devices, pulls health information from patient portals via continuity of care documents. Information aggregated in the app can include laboratory results, immunizations, medication lists, allergies and appointments, according to the report.
