My Health Discovery, a new mobile assessment tool launched by New Brunswick, N.J.-based Johnson & Johnson and Chicago-based Wellness Solutions, aims to offer individuals a way to digitally track and improve their health.
The tool was designed to be used across platforms and, through a series of questions, address aspects of user health, including body, vitality, mental health and lifestyle. The tool uses responses to these questions to identify behavior changes that could have a positive impact on user health.
The developers expect the new assessment will encourage increased payer participation and also support patient engagement in personal health management. User data will also be collected to gain insights about population health management and health challenges to specific member groups.
