Philadelphia-based Independence Blue Cross, a health insurance provider in southeastern Pennsylvania, is now offering a chronic condition self-management app to members to help better manage their health.
Independence selected CareCam Health Systems' app that helps patients manage diabetes and asthma symptoms. The app is compatible with mobile phones and tablets. It is available in both the Apple Store and Google Play.
