Scottsdale, Ariz.-based GlobalMed, a provider of telemedicine delivery solutions, acquired TreatMD, based in Miami.
TreatMD is a scalable software platform that offers telemedicine services internationally. TreatMD can be integrated with a number of EHRs, and it includes billing system capabilities, including claims management.
The acquisition of TreatMD will enhance GlobalMed's ability to offer on-demand healthcare to users.
