In a recent press release, eQHealth Solutions announced they were chosen by the State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SoFHA), which serves the Tri-Cities Tennessee-Virginia region, to support their quality improvement program by leveraging eQSuite® Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics technology.
Features of the technology include predictive modeling, risk stratification and the ability to assess the likelihood of future risks and co-morbidities for SoFHA’s patient population. State of Franklin, one of the largest primary care based practices in the region, manages a diverse population comprised of multiple payers including Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) lives, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and commercial lives. SoFHA anticipates the number of patients in value-based contracts to increase significantly over the next five years.
