Neal Patterson, CEO of Cerner, has filed a form with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicating he owns more than a 5 percent stake in the health IT company, according to a FDA News Alert report.
Mr. Patterson filed a SEC SC 13G/A form, which reports he has a 7.47 percent stake in Cerner. There are 582 investors in Cerner, according to the report.
