8 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were reported in the past week.

1. Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System chose Royal Philips for its predictive analytics engine to support the hospital system's population health efforts and improve patient satisfaction.

2. Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System selected StrataJazz for financial performance and analytics..

3. Skagit Regional Health in Mt. Vernon, Wash., plans to implement Epic's EHR.

4. MercyRockford (Ill.) Health System selected Premier's group purchasing and expense reduction services.

5. Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist HealthCare selected ByteGrid to host its IT environment.

6. Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart (Ark.) implemented Pyxis, an automated medication distribution system.

7. Mission (Texas) Regional Medical Center implemented OZ Systems' OZ STAR, a newborn screening information system.

8. Steward Health Care System in Boston selected TeleHealth Services to provide integrated technology and communications solutions.
