7 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were reported in the past week.

1. Sacred Oak Medical Center in Houston will implement OpenVista's EHR.

2. Worcester, Mass.-based UMass Memorial Health Care selected Imprivata's security and identity platform for electronic prescribing of controlled substances.

3. Fallon Community Health Plan in Worcester, Mass., plans to use McKesson Diagnostics Exchange to manage payments for molecular diagnostic testing.

4. Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma, La., plans to implement Epic's EHR.

5. Tampa (Fla.) GeneralHospital implemented eHealth Connect's Clinical Referral Coordination and Intelligent Health Record Aggregation platforms to securely exchange information and manage referral networks.

6. Manati Medical Center in Puerto Rico selected MEDITECH's EHR.

7. Mayaugez Medical Center in Puerto Rico selected MEDITECH's EHR.
