Five healthcare organizations in Chattanooga, Tenn., and Memphis, Tenn., will participate in the pilot phase of Health eShare Direct Project, a new Tennessee-based health information exchange initiative.
The Chattanooga-based providers are HealthSouth Chattanooga Rehabilitation Hospital, Erlanger Health System, Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability, and Home Health Care of East Tennessee and Hospice. The Memphis-based participant is Health Choice, a joint venture between MetroCare Physicians and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare.
