Friday Feel Good: Tying the knot in the ICU

A dose of feel-good to kick off the weekend.

"In sickness and in health" has never rung more true than for a young couple who said "I do" Thursday and got married in a Houston hospital.

The groom, Keith Guajardo, 23, was diagnosed with leukemia five years ago and has spent the past six months in the ICU at Houston-based MD Anderson Cancer Center with complications from pneumonia, which he got after a stem cell transplant, according to KPRC TV

His bride, Stacey Ramos, 20, told KPRC, "I am getting married to my best friend." She said they plan to live each day as if it were their last, yet still hopes to share the wedding photos with their future children, according to the report.
