A dose of feel-good to kick off the weekend.
James Stageman, MD, a family practitioner, is beautifying the hallways of 48-bed Silverton (Ore.) Hospital with intricate dry-erase board illustrations, according to KOIN 6 News.
Inspired by a father who draws "Lunch Bag Art" on his kid's brown lunch bags, Dr. Stageman has been drawing elaborate pictures on the white boards at Silverton Hospital for a year and a half, according to the report.
"It's a real reward when you can touch someone or make their day better because you made some art for them," Dr. Stageman told KOIN 6 News.
Dr. Stageman's temporary creations often depict wildlife, celebrities or famous works of art. See his work here.
