Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" rating on Cleveland-based University Hospitals' $980 million of outstanding bonds.
The ratings affirmation is based on a variety of factors, including UH's strengthening and broadening market position and conservative asset allocation.
The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody's Investors Service's expectation UH will maintain its liquidity and will not experience a material increase in leverage without incremental cash flow growth.
