Hospitals have until May 1 to submit first-quarter 2015 data to the RACTrac survey, according to the American Hospital Association.
AHA said hospitals are asked to complete the survey even if they didn't experience recovery audit contractor activity during the quarter.
The free web-based survey helps AHA determine the impact of Medicare's RAC program on hospitals and advocate for needed changes.
