The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place during the past week, starting with the most recent.

1. Moody's assigns 'Aa2' rating to Cleveland Clinic's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned "Aa2" and "P-1" ratings to Cleveland Clinic Health Systems' series 2014 taxable bonds and series 2014A commercial paper notes.

2. Fitch downgrades Lawrence & Memorial Hospital to 'A' rating
Fitch Ratings downgraded the rating on $50.7 million in revenue bonds issued on behalf of 308-bed Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London, Conn., to "A," and revised the hospital's outlook from stable to negative.

3. Moody's assigns "Baa1" rating to New York Methodist Hospital bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa1" rating to Brooklyn, N.Y.-based New York Methodist Hospital's $32 million in tax-exempt revenue refunding bonds.

4.  Fitch affirms 'BBB-' rating for Columbia Memorial Hospital, outlook stable
Fitch Ratings affirmed the 'BBB-" rating on $29.9 million series 2012 revenue bonds issued on behalf of 49-bed Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Ore.

5. Moody's revises OSF Healthcare System's outlook to stable
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Peoria, Ill.-based OSF Healthcare System's "A3" rating and revised the system's outlook to stable from negative.

6. Moody's affirms Ochsner Clinic Foundations' 'Baa1' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa1" rating assigned to New Orleans-based Ochsner Clinic Foundation's $514 million of series 2007A and 2011 fixed rate revenue bonds, and the "Baa1" rating assigned to Ochsner Community Hospital's $75 million of series 2007B bonds.

7. Fitch assigns "A-" rating to New York Methodist Hospital bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an "A-" rating to the expected issuance of $32 million in tax-exempt revenue refunding bonds on behalf of New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y.

8. Moody's upgrades Cooper Health System to 'Baa2'
Moody's Investors Service upgraded Camden, N.J.-based Cooper Health System's rating from "Baa3" to "Baa2," and revised the health system's outlook to stable from positive.

9. Fitch affirms Mercy Medical Center's 'BB+' rating, outlook stable
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BB+" rating on $70.8 million in series 2000 revenue bonds secured by the gross revenues of Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio.
