9 latest CFO moves in hospitals, health systems

The following hospital and health system CFO moves were announced or completed in the past several weeks, beginning with the most recent.

1. Riverton, Wyo.-based SageWest Health Care, part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals, named Jennifer Hamilton CFO of SageWest's hospitals in Riverton and Lander, Wyo.

2. Cooperstown, N.Y.-based Bassett Healthcare Network named Michael Tengeres corporate vice president and CFO, effective April 6.

3. Sullivan (Ind.) County Community Hospital named Scott Andritsch CFO.

4. Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Healthcare System announced the promotion of David Smith, former CFO of Memorial Regional Hospital, to senior vice president and CFO of Memorial Healthcare System.

5. Hancock, Mich.-based Upper Peninsula Health System-Portage named Steve Bishop CFO.

6. Washington, D.C.-based HSC Health Care System announced the appointment of Raymond Vicks as deputy CFO, beginning March 2. He will succeed Nancy Southers as CFO in 2016.

7. University of Missouri Health Care and the MU School of Medicine in Columbia named Brian D. Steines CFO

8. Andrew Cantu was named the new CFO of Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, Calif., and assumed his role Feb. 9.

9. Pam Stieb stepped down as CFO of Sterling (Colo.) Regional MedCenter, part of Phoenix-based Banner Health, at the end of January, after being with the organization for 28 years.
