The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. S&P revises John Muir Health's outlook to positive
S&P Global Ratings revised Walnut Creek, Calif.-based John Muir Health's outlook to positive from stable.

2. S&P downgrades Parrish Medical Center's rating to 'BBB'
S&P Global Ratings downgraded the rating to "BBB" from "BBB+" on Titusville, Fla.-based Parrish Medical Center's revenue debt.

3. S&P revises Delano Regional Medical Center's outlook to positive
S&P Global Ratings revised Delano (Calif.) Regional Medical Center's outlook to positive from stable. 

4. Fitch affirms Meritus Medical Center's 'BBB' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB" rating on Hagerstown, Md.-based Meritus Medical Center's $257.3 million of series 2015 bonds.

5. Moody's assigns 'A1' rating to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A1" rating to Boston-based Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's proposed $238 million of series N bonds to be issued through the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.

6. Moody's assigns 'Baa2' rating to Baxter Regional Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned a "Baa2" rating to Mountain Home, Ark.-based Baxter Regional Medical Center's proposed $50.3 million of series 2016 fixed rate bonds. 

7. Moody's affirms Flagler Hospital's 'A3' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A3" issuer rating on St. Augustine, Fla.-based Flagler Hospital. 

8. S&P revises Lurie Children's Hospital's outlook to positive
S&P Global Ratings revised Chicago-based Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital's outlook to positive from stable. 

9. S&P assigns 'A-' rating to Stamford Hospital's bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "A-" long-term rating to Stamford (Conn.) Hospital's series 2016K bonds. 

10. Fitch affirms University of Chicago Medical Center's 'AA-' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "AA-" long-term rating on the University of Chicago Medical Center's outstanding debt.

11. Fitch affirms Pella Regional Health Center's 'BBB' rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB" rating on Pella (Iowa) Regional Health Center's series 2006 revenue bonds, affecting approximately $46.7 million.
