The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, beginning with the most recent.

1. Moody's affirms 'Aa2' rating on Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Aa2" long-term rating and "Aa2/VMIG 1" short-term rating on Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's bonds issued though the Fulton County Development and DeKalb Private Hospital Authorities, affecting $430 million of debt. 

2. Fitch affirms 'BBB-' rating on Wright Memorial Hospital
Fitch Ratings affirmed its "BBB-" rating on Trenton, Mo.-based Wright Memorial Hospital's series 2009 revenue bonds issued by the Grundy County Industrial Development Authority, affecting $26.2 million of debt

3. Moody's affirms 'Aa3' on Carolina HealthCare System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Aa3" long-term rating as well as its "VMIG 1" and "P-1" short-term ratings on Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolina HealthCare System's bonds, affecting $1.8 billion of rated debt. 

4. Fitch affirms 'A' rating on Tampa General Hospital's bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed the 'A' rating on Tampa (Fla.) General Hospital's bonds issued by the Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority, affecting $190.4 million of rated debt.

5. Moody's revises Texas Children's Hospital's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Aa2" and "Aa2/P-1" ratings on Houston-based Texas Children's Hospital's revenue bonds, affecting $966 million of rated debt

6. Moody's downgrades Ohio Valley General Hospital's rating to 'Caa1'
Moody's Investors Service downgraded the rating to "Caa1" from "B2" on McKees Rocks, Pa.-based Ohio Valley General Hospital, affecting $24 million of debt. 

7. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to Parkview Health System Obligated Group
S&P Global Ratings assigned the "AA-" rating to Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health System's series 2017A bonds issued by the Indiana Finance Authority, affecting $115.47 million in debt. 

8. Fitch affirms 'A-' rating on Brooks Health System
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on Jacksonville, Fla.-based Brooks Health System's series 2015 and series 2007 bonds, affecting $142.5 million of debt. 

9.S&P revises Mount Sinai Hospital Obligated Group's outlook to stable
S&P Global Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital Obligated Group's series 2010A and 2011A bonds, affecting $315.4 million in debt.

10.S&P revises Westchester County Health Care Corp. to negative
S&P Global Ratings affirmed the "BBB" rating on Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester County Health Care Corp.'s series 2016, 2014A, 2011, 2010 and 2000 revenue and refunding bonds issued by Westchester County Local Development Corp.
