With change in food vendors, Cleveland Clinic nabs executive chef from Indians

Josh Ingraham, the Cleveland Indians' executive chef, has come to Cleveland Clinic as part of the organization's contract with Atlanta-based Morrison Healthcare, reports Crain's Cleveland Business.

Mr. Ingraham will serve as system executive chef for Cleveland Clinic's main campus and Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation.

"He will use his culinary expertise and talents to work alongside Cleveland Clinic and transform the dining experience for patients, caregivers and guests. At Morrison, we strive to source the best talent from the community and Chef Joshua's personal passion for health and wellness fits well with our philosophy of healing through the power of food," Morrison Healthcare Senior Vice President Avi Pinto said in an emailed statement to Becker's Hospital Review.

Cleveland Clinic selected Morrison Healthcare to manage food services for its main campus and Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation in May. Morrison will replace Gaithersburg, Md.-based Sodexo at those locations beginning July 1.
