Martha Marsh, former president and CEO of Stanford Hospital & Clinics, made $1.92 million in her last year at Stanford before retiring, according to Stanford Hospital's Form 990 from fiscal year 2010.

The tax form did not indicate if any of Ms. Marsh's 2010 compensation included deferred retirement payments. Amir Dan Rubin took over for Ms. Marsh as president and CEO last January.

Daniel Morissette, CFO of Stanford Hospital & Clinics, had a salary of nearly $874,000 in FY 2010, according to the documents.
