For-Profit Hospital Executive Compensation in the Past 5 Years: 46 Statistics

The following 46 statistics detail the cumulative base salary, incentive/bonus/stock awards and total compensation of CEOs, CFOs and other key "named executive officers" of the eight largest for-profit hospital companies in the United States over the past five years.

All figures were paid to the top five named executives of each hospital company from 2007 through 2011 (for IASIS and Vanguard, these numbers go from 2008 through their 2012 fiscal years). All statistics are based on the most up-to-date information from each hospital company's definitive proxy statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC Form DEF 14A), annual reports and additional analysis from Morningstar. Note: Data from each year may not reflect data/executives originally posted in that year's DEF 14A.
