The investigation into patient deaths at Veterans Affairs medical centers across the country has uncovered falsified records, secret waiting lists and health-endangering wait times for care. Just how long were the worst VA medical center delays? The following VA medical centers had the top 15 wait times for care at the height of the system's capacity issues, according to data from the Department of Veterans Affairs:

Nashville, Tenn.: 65 days

Fayetteville, N.C.: 56.8 days

Richmond, Va.: 56.5 days

Decatur, Ga.: 56.5 days

Portland, Ore.: 56.3 days

Prescott, Ariz.: 52.7 days

Mongomery/Tuskeegee, Ala: 51.5 days

Gainesville, Fla.: 50.8 days

Honolulu: 48.4 days

Reno, Nev.: 44.3 days

Durham, N.C.: 42.9 days

Roseburg, Ore.: 42.6 days

Indianapolis: 42 days

Seattle/Lakewood, Wash.: 39.6 days

Las Vegas: 39 days
