SwedishAmerican (Rockford, Ill.). SwedishAmerican, a division of Madison, Wis.-based UW Health, includes an acute care hospital, medical center, outpatient cancer center and network of 30 primary care and multispecialty clinics. In July 2014, SwedishAmerican Health System was one of only four honorees that received Gold level designation as one of Illinois' Healthiest Worksites. SwedishAmerican provides its employees with on-site daycare for children ages six weeks to 12 years and an employee home ownership assistance program.
