Ronald Paulus, MD. President and CEO of Mission Health (Asheville, N.C.). Dr. Paulus has overseen Mission Health, a $1.4 billion system, since 2010. Previously, he held multiple roles, including executive vice president of clinical operations and chief innovation officer, at Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System. Before that, Dr. Paulus, who received his medical degree from Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania, served as cofounder, president and CEO of CareScience, which is now part of Charlotte, N.C.-based Premier.
