Robert Grossman, MD. Dean and CEO of NYU Langone Medical Center (New York). In his role as CEO, which he assumed in 2007, Dr. Grossman leads both NYU School of Medicine and NYU Langone Health System. Early in his tenure at NYU Langone, Dr. Grossman launched a major campus expansion. The project is on schedule to add 3.3 million square feet of clinical and research space, including an 830,000-square-foot hospital pavilion and a new science building, by 2017. As an educator and scholar, Dr. Grossman has trained more than 100 fellows, authored 337 publications and five books. Dr. Grossman is board certified in radiology and neuroradiology.
