Jeffrey Romoff. President and CEO of UPMC (Pittsburgh). Mr. Romoff serves as president and CEO of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, one of the largest employers in Pennsylvania. During his tenure, UPMC has grown from an academic medical center into a fully integrated $12 billion organization. His previous roles include president of UPMC, before becoming president and CEO in 2006, as well as executive vice president of UPMC, vice president for health sciences of the University of Pittsburgh, and interim senior vice president of business and finance for the University of Pittsburgh.

Paul Ramsey, MD. CEO of UW Medicine (Seattle). Dr. Ramsey heads UW Medicine, which includes the UW School of Medicine, four hospitals, a network of primary care clinics, a large physician practice plan and a fixed wing and helicopter air ambulance service. In addition to his role as CEO, he is executive vice president for medical affairs and dean of the school of medicine at the University of Washington. He has served as the senior executive leader of UW Medicine for nearly 20 years.
