Terry Kabitzke-Groth. CNO of Aurora Medical Center Grafton (Wis.). Ms. Kabitzke-Groth has served as CNO of Aurora Medical Center since its opening in 2010. Over the past six years, the hospital has grown to include a minimally invasive surgery program and wound care and hyperbaric services. Ms. Kabitzke-Groth also led an expansion plan for an orthopedic unit and expanded women's and children's services.
