Patricia Maryland, DrPH. President of Healthcare Operations and COO of Ascension Health (St. Louis). Prior to her tenure as president and COO, Dr. Maryland served as the Michigan Ministry Market Leader for Ascension Health where she provided strategic and operational leadership for St. John Providence Health System in Warren, Mich. She also serves as the chair of Citizen's Health Care Working Group and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association of Health Services Executives and the Medical Group Management Association. Dr. Maryland received a master's from University of California, Berkeley and a doctorate in public health from the University of Pittsburgh.
