Karen Testman, RN. CFO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Testman has nearly two decades of leadership experience in healthcare finance. Before her current appointment as CFO of the five-hospital MemorialCare system in 2013, she served as MemorialCare's senior vice president of financial operations, as well as CFO of two of its hospitals: Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley, Calif., and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills and San Clemente, Calif. She has a background in nursing and public accounting.
