James Adams, MD. Senior Vice President and CMO of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (Chicago). Dr. Adams oversees the health system's clinical practices and heads up academic affairs and the medical staff office for Northwestern Memorial HealthCare. Dr. Adams has authored more than 75 academic publications and lectured at more than 200 universities and national conferences. He obtained his medical degree from Washington, D.C.-based Georgetown University and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.
